Aprovecha al máximo ésta batidora de Inmersión Oster FPSTHB2615R-013, prepara una variedad de alimentos y bebidas.
Una de muchas ideas para que uses todos los accesorios de ésta batidora es preparar unas ricas tortitas de ejote con caldillo de jitomate.
Primero deberás cocer con sal 1/4 Kg de ejotes hasta que queden blandos, escurrelos y con el procesador pica los ejotes. Despues en el vaso graduado, agrega 3/4 de taza de agua, 2 piezas de jitomate y 1 trocito de cebolla para licuar con la batidora de Inmersión FPSTHB2615R-013. Verte la mezca en tu olla y con un poco de aceite; sofríe la mezcla, sazonalo con 1/2 cubo de caldo de pollo y/o sal al gusto. Ahora nuevamente en tu vaso graduado Oster agrega la clara de 1 huevo y batelo con el batidor de globo hasta obtener punto turrón, agrega 1/4 de taza de harina a la mezca y la yema vuelve a batir, añade a la mezcla los ejotes previamente cortados y 1/4 de queso panela picados en el procesador Oster. Por último calienta un sartén, agrega un poco de aceite y forma las tortilas para freírlas. Retira, quita el ecceso de aceite y sirvelas con el caldillo de jitomate.
